Cooking without gas

Cooking is a skill only possessed by a few students at their age. Another challenge is to make something tasty and palatable without the use of any fuel for cooking. This competition makes the students think creatively in different ways to find the solution of a simple problem with a few limitations. Students get into teams of 3 and cook anything of their choice in a limited amount of time. The competition is safe as well, as it does not involve the use of any stove or heat. Their dishes are judged on the basis of creativity and taste to declare the winner, but every participant is sure to have a lot of fun and learn some skills at the same time.

Debating

Best Interactive Learning Activities

focuses on enhancing students' public speaking skills, empowering them to thrive in a world where individuals who stand out are truly respected. Students gain the confidence to express their opinions, leading to greater recognition and respect from others. Our class organizes engaging debating competitions on topics related to social awareness and academics, giving students a deeper understanding of the concepts they are discussing.

Drawing

Group competitions for students

are designed to encourage the budding artists of tomorrow. A theme is assigned, and each group is tasked with drawing and painting within a given time limit. The finished artwork is then presented to a panel of judges, who evaluate the pieces and determine the winner. This competition helps students showcase their creativity and artistic skills while fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Best out of waste

We all recognize the massive amounts of waste generated daily and the gap between waste production and its effective reuse. This imbalance results in significant waste accumulation, negatively impacting our environment. Embracing creative waste recycling ideas is a small yet meaningful step toward environmental preservation. Students are encouraged to transform discarded items into artistic products or practical tools, turning "waste" into something valuable. Such activities not only spark creativity but also foster awareness among young minds. By introducing these concepts early, we nurture a sense of responsibility in future generations, inspiring them to adopt sustainable practices and contribute to a healthier planet.

Speech

The students are allotted a topic and have to give a brief speech in a limited amount of time. Public speaking is a skill very few people possess, but it can be developed by practice. It is an extremely valuable soft skill which can come in handy in any phase of life. It also leads to development of confidence in students. Our class conducts this competition on topics of social importance or topics relevant to the students’ course to make sure the students learn something in the process

Map Making

Cartography is one of the important technique amongst all. In our class we always conduct a competition based on Map skill in which we ask students to draw maps and different cartographic sketches and plans. The only purpose behind it is to develop some skills like map skills, space ability, reasoning, logic etc. within students which will be helpful for the subjects like Geography and History and they will get good marks in these subjects.
