They are well-versed with research for possible future teaching innovations and incorporating new research findings, demonstrations, live examples in their teaching practices to improve learning and assure high-quality teaching.
Innovative Teaching Method:
Planned & Innovative Teaching methods are used to cover the syllabus. We use Innovative techniques to explain the concepts. Practical based learning, educational excursions, teaching among the nature instead of the four walls was the method pioneered by GCCE. Our notes are always full proof with easy representation of concepts including in-depth content supported with charts and diagrams, which include the details of CBSE & ICSE syllabus. We use Lecture cum Demo Method and Infographics to teach Science so that understanding of the concept becomes easy.
We explain the concept with the help of demonstrations / specimens / teaching aids. We explain the concepts in History and Geography using globe / maps / atlas / graphs. We also arrange field visits / excursions in science, History & Geography which makes study easier. Due to activity based learning and application based learning the students don’t have to mug up & byheart the answers.
Audio-Visual Techniques
Qualified and committed faculty at G.C.C.E provides a classroom experience that uses audio-visual technology. The use of graphics and animation across various subjects enable students to learn & visualize complex concepts easily. It also induces interactivity, greater retention, better engagement and saves time. Some important concepts are explained to the students on the projector for better understanding.
Study Material:
We have well researched Study Material. A team of experts compiles the contents so that no other books are required for reference. All possible questions & answers that are relevant to the examination pattern are also covered to support structured as well as systematic studies, student learning which eventually leads to students success. We provide question banks, DPP sheets which include a bunch of multi conceptual problems designed to give in-depth understanding of the subject and to improve question solving speed through time bound practice. Previous year question paper sets are provided to students.
Planned Test Series:
Practice makes a man perfect. Test series are conducted with regular performance analysis for better familiarization with various competitive examinations, Board examination and continuous practice. Periodic tests are conducted to evaluate student's performance and to develop their capabilities to respond promptly to all types of questions. These tests include Chapter Wise test, Unit wise test & Prelims. G.C.C.E. offers adaptive testing modules for personalized learning. Continuous testing helps the child to prepare and be confident about appearing for the final exams. Students demonstrate their understanding of the subject matter which is critical to the learning process. It is essential to evaluate whether the educational goals and standards of the lessons are being met. Continuous testing helps them to study regularly. Board patterned Tests are designed according to board syllabus to ensure best performance of students in their subjective exam Question papers are set in accordance with the board examination paper pattern and mark distribution
Byhearting Tables, Squares & Cubes
To achieve mastery over the numbers is essential for developing interest in mathematics. And one of the methods for this is to do tables by heart. Our Forefathers were good at mathematics only because they were able to recite tables from to 30, squares and cubes etc. It has been proven to be useful while doing daily routine mathematical transactions. We make students practice the tables in our class and test them regularly for this purpose and find that the students gain confidence while solving mathematical problems Basily and with less effort & less time. Thus teaching and learning becomes joyous for both the teachers and the students
Concept Based Learning
Every Chapter is taught from Base Level up to Higher Level. Emphasis is given on ensuring that the concepts are crystalized for every student. The Students are imparted the skill sets to apply the concepts which they have learnt earlier. Students make the shift over from Memory Based Learning to Understanding Based Learning.
Mentoring
Students are allotted Mentors. A One-to-One Meeting is held between the Mentor and the student where Performance Analysis, Time Table Management, Stress Management is discussed. We provide them moral support so that they can perform well in the exam, daily updates, follow-up calls with parents to update them of their ward's development and to check the student's study patterns at home G.C.C.E. owns and nurtures their students like no other professional class would.
Parents Meeting
To keep good parent - teacher relation, parents meetings and individual parent teacher interaction sessions are kept in intervals of every two months. In these sessions parents can directly interact with teachers and mentors to find the solution of the problem. Ultimately it is a war in which students have to fight for his own improvement but the combined and united efforts of teachers, parents and students will help students to succeed

Motivational Lectures & Guest Lectures
We motivate the students and to remove all negative thoughts Every year we arrange motivational lectures for all the students. In these lectures, we guide them regarding time management now to set their goals. We also arrange guest lectures, moderator sessions for all the courses including 10th Standard We invite various subject experts to guide our students and parents.
Efforts for Handwriting improvement
We follow the same method to improve handwriting and punctuation. Because good handwriting and perfectly written words/language (ie, punctuation) make a good impression when the answer papers are corrected. We conduct special programmes for improving handwriting and punctuation such as experts lectures, contests etc.
Equipped Laboratory
We have our own well equipped Lab. At a time 60 Students can work independently. They perform each and every experiment with their own hands which helps them to clear the concepts.
Career Counselling
Series of lectures on various topics and fields are arranged by G.C.C.E. These lectures help the students to select their fields and streams. Experts from every field are invited for giving guidance and to solve all the queries of the students as well as parents. Special lectures are arranged for parents too. Senior students from various fields are also invited to share their experiences and they are always in touch with the teachers and the current students. These lectures provide clarity to the students and help them to make a decision about their careers. Thus these lectures provide the student a broader perspective to introspect and find the field of their liking.
