In 1999, I was in my third year of under-graduation. I was the guardian of my brother who was in the 9th standard that year. He wanted to excel at the Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik exam and was preparing sincerely for the same. Despite his efforts, there was no reference material and classes available in the market to guide students. 

To help my brother and some of his friends, I started writing a book that would provide complete guidance for the Homi Bhabha exam. When I completed writing the book, I asked for advice from my teachers and guides. To my surprise, they praised the book very much. There was no other book available in the market, which would match the standards of my book.

Some of my teachers advised me to publish this book. No one was ready to publish the book because I was not an experienced and qualified teacher. I was an undergraduate student. Publishing the book was a big struggle for me, but finally,Mr. Shyam Halbe, the owner of Shraddha Publications Dombivli agreed to publish this book. The grand inauguration ceremony was held, after which many of the parents requested me to start classes for their children and so we decided to do the same.

After 8 days of the publication ceremony, the first class was held at my residence with approximately 40 students who were preparing for the Homi Bhabha exam. We had no infrastructure, just a blackboard. But our teaching methods were very unique and effective. We used to demonstrate the experiments using the material available in the kitchen. We used to teach biology in society premises for a better understanding of the subject. Students used to enjoy these lectures because these teaching methods were innovative and not boring. It became easy for the students to grasp these topics easily and also developed an interest in the subject. Students and parents were not only impressed by our efforts and dedication but also due to interesting teaching methodologies that were different from traditional school teaching.

In our very first batch, we got 2 gold medals and many silver medals. Due to our good result and word of mouth, more and more parents approached us and in response to the increasing number of students, we had to make more batches. To accommodate the new batches, we had to rent new premises. Slowly we developed our lab and library and we maintained our consistency of having good results.

So we started taking classes for other competitive exams like scholarship, MAT-JMO, etc. Every time we started a new course for any exam, we could see immediate good results since the beginning itself.

In 2008 we had our own premises and lab for conducting classes. Whenever a new course for any exam was started, we developed its course material. Now we have course material for every exam and it is possible due to our innovative, creative, and qualified teachers. We are proud to say that we are not dependent on other materials available in the market. We always emphasized content development. 

As of today, more than 20 books written by our teachers and myself are available in the market. Without any advertisement, we have been working for the last 20 years and have maintained our legacy of good results. It is possible due to our talented and experienced faculty, cooperation, and trust of all the parents and love of the students. Every one of us worked as a team and considered it as a family.

Students from all over Maharashtra attend our practice sessions for the Homi Bhabha exam and also approach us for projects and interviews. There is a great demand for our books, question paper sets, practical handbooks, and smart kit for practicals.

We have also started online coaching due to the corona pandemic. The material is also provided through e-books. In the future along with the normal offline coaching, we also plan to continue online coaching for distant learning.
